Universal cutting system P145L

The P145 is a machine designed to meet the needs of small and medium productions, with compact dimensions but great cutting capacity. The usable work area is 1700x1100 mm and the vacuum table is divided into cells to optimize the seal on the shape of the material. The cutting head is fully mechanical, providing remarkable power and resistance for cutting stiffer and thicker materials. The long life of the knives is noteworthy, offered in different geometries for various processes. The head is height-controlled to allow cutting of the material in one or more passes; the maximum allowed cutting height is 80 mm, suitable for working with expanded materials such as microporous and others like: tunit, leather, heel counter cardboard, micro, texon, and rubber. With a simple button, the oscillation of the blade can be disabled, allowing fixed blade cutting which guarantees excellent finishing on synthetic materials such as thunit. Precision and finishing are ensured by the use of ball bearing rails and carriages, and motion driven by ball screws, controlled by brushless motors and the adoption of a latest-generation numerical control that guarantees fast and accurate cutting. The direct projection (without mirror) provides the operator with excellent visibility when positioning the illuminated shapes on the material with the mouse, as if working on a traditional die cutter. The machine does not use dies and allows the operator to work with simple "Manual positioning" or with "Automatic nesting" functions, useful for synthetic and cellulosic materials. * Upon request, a backlit table can be supplied where the hides are digitized and an automatic nesting is performed, specifically for leather. Using a light pen, it is possible to mark defects which can be associated with different quality grades, so they can be placed in predefined areas of the sole. The digitizing table can be used with multiple cutting machines.
There is also a P145L Super version, in which the dimensions of the usable work area change to 1500x2000, and above all, this version can be equipped with options such as the pneumatic head or an electrospindle.
