P146 L
Universal cutting system P146 L
The P146L is a two-station cutting machine designed for die-less production. Each worktable has a useful area of 1700x1100 mm, with the option to work on a single table of 3400x1100 mm. The vacuum table is divided into cells to optimize material shape hold. The cutting head is fully mechanical, allowing strong power and resistance to cut thicker and stiffer materials. The long-lasting knives are available in different geometries for various processing needs. The head is height-controlled to perform one or more cutting passes: the maximum allowed cutting height is 80 mm, suitable for processing expanded materials such as microporous, and others such as: thunit, leather, heel counter cardboard, micro, texon, and rubber. A simple button disables the knife oscillation, enabling fixed blade cutting which ensures excellent finishing on synthetic materials like thunit. Precision and finish are ensured by movements on prismatic guides and preloaded ball bearing carriages: transmissions use precision ball screws, driven by brushless motors, and the adoption of a latest-generation CNC guarantees fast and accurate cutting. The direct projection (without mirror) offers the operator great visibility when positioning the lighted shapes on the material with the mouse, as if using a traditional die cutter. The machine does not use dies and allows the operator to work with simple "Manual positioning" or with "Automatic nesting" functions, useful for synthetic and cellulosic materials. On request, a backlit table can be provided, where leather hides are digitized and then automatically nested with a process specific for leather. Defects can be marked and associated with different quality grades to be placed in predefined areas of the sole. The digitizing table can be used for multiple cutting machines. There is also a P146L Super version with different worktable dimensions (2 tables of 1500x1700 mm or a single table of 1500x3400 mm), and this version can also be equipped with options such as a pneumatic head or an electrospindle.
