The Xcut-1530 is an advanced cutting machine, designed to deliver precision and versatility at the highest level. The working area, with dimensions of 1500x3000 mm, featu- res a dual-cell suction system that ensures perfect material adhesion during the cutting process. Thanks to the ability to feed material in both single sheet and continuous roll formats, the machine allows for the processing of projects with virtually unlimited length. In line with the needs of modern industry, the Xcut-1530 is Industry 4.0-ready, enabling integration with intelligent production systems and optimizing workflow through digitalization and network connectivity. This facilitates advanced production data manage- ment, real-time machine performance monito- ring, and improved operational efficiency. The Xcut-1530 delivers outstanding performance on a wide range of materials, including rock wool and fiberglass up to 50mm for duct insulation, as well as gasket materials and many others. High-Power Mechanical Cutting Head
The mechanical cutting head, featuring a proprietary sy- stem, offers superior power and durability, making it ideal for cutting thick and rigid materials. Its purely mechanical operation eliminates the need for compressed air, resul- ting in significant energy savings. The quick knife change allows for easy selection of different geometries, each optimized for specific applications. These knives, designed for long life, are height-adjustable, enabling single or mul- ti-pass cuts depending on the material being processed. Fixed or Oscillating Blade: Flexibility and Precision The Xcut-1530 offers the flexibility to easily switch from oscillating to fixed blade cutting, ideal for achieving perfect finishes on synthetic materials such as Thunit. This fea- ture provides the machine with great versatility, adapting to various production needs while ensuring consistently high-quality results. Quick Blade Replacement
The machine is designed to accommodate blades up to 80 mm in height, which can be quickly replaced using a special spindle, reducing downtime and optimizing pro- ductivity. CutExpert®: Optimization and Precision The Xcut-1530 is equipped with the CutExpert® software, seamlessly integrating with CAD/CAM modules for cutting project management. This system allows for space opti- mization and millimeter-level precision, minimizing mate- rial waste.
